- The interior was left muddy, floor installed backward and the cradles were not on the blocks properly, and my wood … More and gravel pad was covered in mud.
- Called Hank about the issues; he made some improvements and continued to take my calls about how upset I was with the install.
- Hank has fixed every issue and has come back to my place twice to address the errors.
- Hank has listened to how they have an opportunity to increase training and supporting employees in properly installing these beautiful saunas.
- Overall, I appreciate that Hank is committed to fixing issues and has listened to how painful the experience was (and unnecessary).

Abe , Susie, Ryan and the installation team were top professionals. From initial consultation, through to manufacturing and installation process, everyone at Moonlight Saunas was helpful and resourceful. There was a hick up with the stove … More delivery from Harvia, and the team from moonlight resolved the issue with a temporary solution that worked fantastic until my new stove arrived. Abe and Ryan also ensured that my small custom request about the door was achieved, and this customization proved to be super useful in practice. I also felt that Susie and Abe were accommodating with the payment process, and I could really tell that it was important for Moonlight team to make sure I was happy with the process and product. Additionally, the installation crew were courteous, polite and accommodating. Last but not least, Ryan Markham was the person who introduced us to Moonlight Saunas initially and spent a lot of time and many phone conversations to answer specific questions and advise on this product, so that we could decide what was the best option for us. Overall, top marks for everyone.

We first spoke with Susie who answered all of our initial questions and knew the products very well. … More So kudos to Susie for a positive first interaction that gave us confidence in continuing to deal with the company.
We heard from Rick Schmitt the same day to follow up about the range of products and customizations we were interested - including specs and pricing for all of it.
All in all, there were many calls and emails back and forth as we narrowed down the options that would meet our specific wants and needs best. Rick was knowledgeable, thoughtful, patient and courteous throughout. He always responded promptly and thoroughly, even anticipating other things we may want to consider. He is a true professional and never ‘pushy’ or aggressive to make the sale. He really worked hard to earn our business and to, genuinely, make us satisfied customers. It was a very customer focused approach that we have not experienced in decades. That is all to Rick’s credit. 😁
When I read the reviews while we were looking at Moonlight Sauna and their competitors, I was struck by all the consistent 5-star reviews and glowing written comments. Now we fully understand why this is the case. If you, like us, appreciate being valued and respected as a prospective customer in all of your dealings with a business and its sales team, then Moonlight Sauna is, hands down, THE company to purchase your sauna from.
We will post photos of our sauna (custom 7 foot barrel with 4 foot change room in knotty red cedar) once it is built and then comment about the product itself.
So far, the products and materials were delivered quickly and without issue (a week ahead of schedule actually). Everything was packed and secured properly for transport and we also appreciate the expert assistance with unloading it into our garage. Stay tuned…we will get it up and running soon.

This was an absolutely amazing experience. For people who are new to the sauna world, we received amazing support and guidance through the entire process. From the beginning phase of research all the way to the installation and cleanup, … More everyone was extremely professional, friendly and took their time with answering all of our questions. The sauna itself is beautiful and amazing quality. The installation/build experience was fantastic and we could really tell how much care the installers took in making everything perfect. We originally decided on an electric heater but changed our minds last minute to a wood burning stove. Moonlight was happy to accommodate our switch and really helped us make the best decision based on our needs (We highly recommend the wood stove if you like traditional practices and the fire building process). We've been in the sauna twice a day since it came and consider it money well spent. If you are looking for a high quality sauna that is extremely well priced and is built, delivered and assembled by people who really take pride in what they do, choose Moonlight Sauna.
